I do recommend Livingston as have always been great to deal.Did have an issue with constantly getting billed for the localhospital billings but each time they corrected situation. But did take a few times for them to finally get the whole problem ofsending us their bills corrected. But always excellent people todeal with!! Good job
We find service exceptionally slow. Communication is poor. We have had to speak to several people before we found a customer service agent who could help with our concerns. Lastly we had one load where it needed to clear customs and the staff assisting with the order just went home and we couldn't clear the load that day. It had to be picked up the next day and incurred additional trucking fees.
