I used to deal with P Mines before…

I used to deal with P Mines before Livingston took over. There was personal service, people responded to emails, answered the phones. Since Livingston took over, good luck getting anyone to answer your call or email. We waited 6 weeks for a response, and all we wanted to do was make a payment!Too big for their own good

Do not provide any guidance or advise without directing you to the consulting group at rates if $300 hour. Will not admit when mistakes are made on their behalf and always claim it is the importers responsibility to ensure the import is correct

Administrative Hold Nightmare!

Always on Administrative Hold for invoices that are not yet due and not advised ahead of our shipments getting held at the border. It seems we give them too much business but they won't raise our limit so they just put us on hold when its reached.Accountant is very rude.. wish I had her name.Suzanne Mitchell, Customs Specialist, is the only reason we've stayed with Livingston this long. Great service from her but Livingston has lost our trust since they acquired Affiliated. We are currently looking at other brokers so won't be an issue for long.

Your phones are not what I like .In my company we answer it. 6.00 am to 6.00 pm then to answering service . 7 days a week.Started with Louise Ross could not reach her later. then Carliethen Carmen Stuart , Cheleen Hacks ,Alex ? I am sure I missed one or more but this lady got it done Alexandra m.Sundrup . Very good

Constant invoicing errors

Constant invoicing errors, zero communication from CS clerks and a bothersome way of delivering invoices have our company interviewing other agents. PEOPLE who are properly trained and honestly care about their customers make the difference, not E-tools and surveys

Amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service!My two contact people at Livingston International were Marie McGarrell & Scott Rutter. They are great people, very helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first time importing goods into Canada as a Non-Resident-Importer (NRI) and Livingston International made the entire process look easy. Will definitely work with them again in my next shipment!

Livingston purchased our previous…

Livingston purchased our previous broker, P Mines, who were exceptional. We are not a large account and are treated as such. Difficult to get answers. During the Canadian postal strike, we could not get any information on how to view and receive invoices using a Mac rather than a PC. Requested several times with promises that someone would reach out to us, but no one ever did.

Delays

We experienced alot of errors and ,as a consequence, delays in processing our loads to the US last year. It was as if they had hired a new team of inexperienced staff to clear loads.
