Great Experience!

I was a total neophyte in the importation of products from China, and very nervous. Livingston did a terrific job of discussing my concerns and mitigating risk wherever possible. Their service ethic is exemplary and their costs are reasonable. I was in good hands and recommend them highly!

overall the customs clearance process…and costs!

overall the customs clearance process is pretty seamless, however my bill has increased incrementally over the past 2 years and I am now having to look for another customs broker in hopes of limiting associated costs.
