This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a broker. Clearing the border takes an excessive amount of time; this is now my eighth attempt this week. They claim to have not received the documents and continuously shift responsibility among team members. Even during calls, they state the documents were received but haven't been processed in the system after four hours.

I requested a quote for re-importing a U.S.-made vehicle from Canada back to the U.S. A simple task that other movers handled without issue. The representative was completely confused and over the past week has sent me emails reiterating what I already provided—yet I still don't have a quote! This service is incredibly inept. Avoid them.
This is the absolute worst service. I have been here a day and went to the office to request clearance. They said they need more information, but when I asked what, the older representative just replied 'more information about the vehicle.' Do not engage with them; their staff is incredibly rude and they show no care.
Another crossing leads to yet another issue. I feel disheartened every time I see this broker's name on paperwork. After two days of waiting, I called and resent clear paperwork, only to be told it’s on hold because they can't read it. Why ask for contact information if you never use it? It's too much for these agents at the call center to send an email or make a call. Absolutely dreadful. I implore every company to avoid what is undoubtedly the worst broker.
This might be the worst customs broker anyone has dealt with! After 6-8 hours, the driver is still not cleared at the border. Seriously, it's frustrating! I've advised the customer to switch brokers as this situation is unmanageable. Do NOT use this service!

They received our paperwork yesterday at 5:22 PM, and it's now 5 AM. I've called them three times, and they are still flagging the shipment since 8 PM last night. They haven’t even looked at the shipment after 12 hours. This is the worst broker available. The driver has been at the border since 8 PM last night, and they clearly do not respect others' time.
The service is unresponsive and the customer service is subpar. Staff is untrained and submitted an Entry Summary with incorrect amounts while providing a duty debit statement for a much higher amount. The customer service is very poor, with staff being unknowledgeable, non-responsive, and arrogant.
