The responsiveness and customer service levels vary by individual at Livingston. We have great service through one or two contacts at Livingston, but the service from other individuals can be lackluster. Tammy Bullock does a great job on our account: always answers the phone and makes a full attempt to help us even with things outside of her scope of responsibility.
issues with name change, took 3 month and multiple calls to get straightened out along with delays at border, despite a long lead time in notice of changesent an invoice to collections because of delay in above name change. looking at alternate service providers
I have been waiting on a reply to 2 emails that I have sent with no reply. I spoke with Eric and he was extremely helpful. He sent an email linking me to my team leader addressing a question that I had about our tarrifs. I never received a reply. I sent out a 2nd email to our team leader requesting a reply and still no response. Eric sent out a 3rd email and to date no one has contacted me. All I'm asking for is some answers about our account and the tarrifs. I'd appreciate if someone would reply
