Disappointed

This second purchase took a few weeks to deliver and no tracking number was provided until I emailed customer support. Unfortunately one of the 3 piece canvas’s is rippled and the company has not responded since I emailed them about 3 weeks ago. I won’t purchase from them again as the first purchase was great but the second wasn’t and for what I paid, it’s unpredictable.

Not a real carpet

Well it's not a carpet it's like a flat polyester matt and the picture is blurry. Also they said I'd have it in a curtain time frame and it was like 2 or 3 weeks late. Wouldn't shop here again.
