I made a purchase the end of November for a Christmas gift.Your communication is terrible, you haven’t responded to my concerns. Iam positive I will not receive in time or at all.I certainly would not have ordered if I knew it was going to be like this.
I did not receive the two quilt covers that I ordered. The two that I received are not in any way similar to those I ordered and are unsuitable, which is very disappointing as they were to be Christmas gifts. I am also still waiting for a response to my email regarding supplying the incorrect items.
I am still awaiting some form of communication for order 3637 paid in full on 27th November! Fo a single bed Despicable Me Minion - Cartoon Duvet Cover Bedding Set. At this stage despite being told on the review below they have responded, they have NOT!!I am very disheartened by the lack of communication and service from this company and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND purchase from same! I have again sent a last plea email this morning and if there is not response to my email sent to info@lkhproduction I will be seeking action via ACCC and my bank for demand of funds return. We have not received our order and unable to find out where it is and when it’s likely to be delivered.Not happy27th December 2022I only received half my order. The information on the website is incorrect and there is no Canvas or floor rug only the Bedding.I am going to consumer affairs. Do not trust this companies website.
