No communication

I ordered the Wall art eighth of May 2022. Despite a number of emails requesting an update in when the order will be fulfilled and even requesting a tracking number I have received absolutely nothing by way of communication to date. This is very frustrating as I did not know that the art would be coming from overseas. I thought the distributor was in Australia. I would like to know when my artwork will be sent to me as I have no idea as to the progress of same.
