Review Time
Paid for purchase, never got a tracking number, several email to the websites email, telling me the order has been sent and I'd get a tracking number when it got picked up. Still nothing. Again have sent several emails demanding a refund. It has been 3 weeks since ordering and nothing. I have no expectations it will arrive I thought I was purchasing from an Australian company but it is not. The email you get back is just a generated reply.I belive this company is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Still have not recieved my item. Ordered in November and still have no tracking number or anything. This is an absolute joke. this was supposed to be a Xmas present but did not arrive. I had to go and buy something else last minute. Sent a lot of emails with no response. Still waiting since November. Still waiting for my confirmation email 4 weeks later. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
I ordered a quilt cover from them in early November, thinking it was an Australian company and seeing that the estimated delivery would be near the end of the month. Besides receiving an email confirmation of my order, I have received no other communication. I’ve emailed them 3 times with no response. The item was supposed to be a present for my son and I feel like I’ve just been robbed. I wish I had read the reviews as I would never have bought from them at all. Where is the item I ordered????
So the product I got was subpar and I've reviews that. But there customer service has been even worse. I got a reply to my review that may as well have read "that's life, well try not to do that next time". I've emailed multiple times to rectify the issue with 0 response. All in all I'd call this a pretty untrustworthy company
