The delivery took 5 weeks to arrive, and every second day I received deceitful text messages to say my order was on it’s way . I did not open the text tracking messages , which were obviously dishonest.It was very uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the whole order .
I have still not received my purchase…and I have made enquiries. They are saying there’s a dispute with PayPal but I have shown them proof of the payment and still no response. Do not purchase from this company…you will lose your money, be disappointed by lack of response and follow up and just a general headache trying to dispute the transaction now. They have still not responded and if it wasn’t for me chasing in the first place…I don’t not have been told there was an issue!!!
Very bad service. I have ordered a poster for $350And I haven't received and they keep excusing that they have a problem with maypal!! And when I contacted maypal wait to hear from them!!! And I am going through this circle!!!! I have done more than 20 maypal purchases last 2 months and have no issues. Scam company and haven't got my Money back till now!!! Very frustrating customer and don't recommend dealing with them!!!!
The 3 piece canvas arrived of Lebron James. My son is a huge fan and redecorated his room to put these up. The frames were so poorly made and the canvas poking through on 2 of the canvases and the other one had a mark on the print. I contacted them and they said they would give a refund. Then after checking with the supplier they said they would send new ones but only the one that had a mark on the print. I asked for a refund as they were so badly made and spent a lot of money on them, and since then have had no response! After emailing several times I don’t think there is an office in Australia and think I have been had. Shame on you and shame for my son!!!
I would not recommend buying from this company. I had a bad experience where I purchased a canvas that was featured on their website as grey/cream. The canvas arrived and it was purple and grey (very different to what we expected to arrive!). After emails back and forth with the company we were told in different light the canvas is going to vary in colour. We completely understand this is the case however cream is not close to purple in any light!! We were not given the option for a replacement or refund. Very disappointing and certainly will not be shopping on this website again.
