Poor quality and blurred print on doona cover

My daughter ordered the Turtle Doona cover with her own money and when it arrived the print was blurry and the quality of the picture was so bad. It looked nothing like the picture online. For approx $100 we are very disappointed and will be asking for a full refund.

Excellent Customer Service

We we disappointed our order could not be fulfilled because of a shortage of materials, however we were promptly advised and given an option of waiting or getting a refund. We opted for a refund & received it with no problems. I would use the company again based on customer service.
