Review Time
Purchased a rug over two weeks ago. Apart from the initial confirmation email there has been NO further contact despite emailing on three separate occasions for an update and estimate time of dispatch. This is terrible service! Please reply to my emails and advice of despatch and estimated time of deliveryUpdate- product has arrived however I am disappointed with the quality and requested a return and refund within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Product is sold as a floor rug however is akin to a picnic rug and therefore unsuitable for a bedroom. I was asked to provide photos of the product, which I provided within 24 hours. No response from LKH. Have emailed again, respectfully asking how I arrange a return of the product and no response. Communication extremely disappointing and I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible.
I was very happy with my product, however i had no clue when it was coming or any way to tack it. Whenever i went to track it, it would just say "awaitong fulfillment." And when contacted, the support team couldn't give me a straight answer either. I was beginning to think i had been acammed until the priduct arrived yesterday.
Wasn’t quite what I expected, I would call it a large mat not a rug. I got the 60x96 size. Came folded up in a square so will somehow need to iron out all the folds and creases. Delivery took 4 weeks. Otherwise the quality is good, colour true to pics. Would have preferred it a bit thicker but it still looks good in my lounge room.
