Bad Service

Ordered on the 2ND of November and haven't received any updates about my product. Have emailed twice with no response. Was supposed to be a gift for someone's birthday. No response at all to any interactions

Due to amount of polyester, doona slips and slides

Would have preferred the doona to have more cotton in it rather than so much polyester but great communication, and timely postage

HOAX!

Be warned!!!! This is a scam. They take your money, then NEVER respond to MULTIPLE emails outlining the product concerns!Cheap, poor, very misleading quality! Will be taking this further if I don’t get my refund.

NO Communication from this company at all. I thought we were buying an Australian product but it's from China. If I had of known i would of found a different company to buy prints off. Very cheap looking product and cheaply made.

We recently ordered 2 products from…

We recently ordered 2 products from this company. After a few weeks we received part of one picture. The picture we ordered had 5 panels and we only received 3. We have so far sent this company about 4 emails asking for an update on the 2nd picture we ordered and how they are going to fix the issue with the 1st picture when we only received 3 of the 5 panels. No one from the organisation can be bothered to contact us regarding this issue. I would definitely not recommend this organisation. Very poor service. I also cannot understand how they could send me an invoice with a picture of the 5 panels and they only pack a box with 3 panels. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!
