3rd Review!!!! This company has such poor service and don't respond to my emails yet they will respond to reviews. Ludicrous! So here I am having to write a 3rd to review just so I get a response.In the last response to my review you have requested more time. The simple fact of the matter is that you have sent me a very poor defective product that I am fully within my rights to return for a full refund. The product has been shipped back to you and will be deliverd today 7th March. The ACL state that I should have my refund within 14 days of me notifying you of the problem. You have two more days to comply with the law.I am not asking for anything more than my money back for a product that is totally unusable. I would appreciate my refund as soon as possible so I don't have to take this further.
I ordered my goods weeks and weeks ago and I still have not received it, I also paid shipping fees so I should have received it by now, I want a refund on shipping costs and I'm at the point of asking for a refund on the whole order
I paid $250 for a size 3 times bigger and I got 3 paintings the smallest you had . Very disappointed with this purchase . You can check my purchase and realise the mistake . I am willing to pay for the return of my 3 small paintings and get the right size according to the price I paid. Thank you Stavroula Karamboulis
