Still no delivery a month later

Still no delivery a month later. Tracking says awaiting fulfilment. Has not responded to my email requesting an eta. Time to call my bank and inform them i have been scammed.

the tracking link did not work

the tracking link did not work, so i thought the site may have been a scam. i couldn't track the package and was worried it wouldn't come on time. it said 'still processing order' the entire time even when the order had been received at my home.

It took a while to arrive, but not unexpected given the world we live in at the moment.

Purchase was taking a long time to arrive (and that's to be expected these days), so I emailed for an update/ETA and got the usual spiel about delays in shipping etc etc, again, to be expected. BUT, I was told the item had been collected by courier and tracking number would be sent to me. I never got that tracking number, item turned up without notice a week or so later - lucky I was home. Time from order to receipt was approx. 6 weeks, this isn't necessarily the fault of the supplier and feel they're getting some heat from some impatient people. I took a star off for not getting me that tracking number as promised.

Nice Products

Very happy with purchase and quality of product. Delivery was within a good timeframe. Easy process or ordering. Glad it arrived as the only downside was there was zero response to emails to check progress. If communication had of been there then an easy 5 stars.
