We’ve been ordering from Tablecloth Factory every year for a major event at FIU, and they consistently exceed our expectations. Their merchandise is absolutely beautiful and of excellent quality. The customer service team is outstanding—always responsive, helpful, and professional. Orders arrive on time, and their prices are very competitive. It’s truly a pleasure shopping here for tablecloths and runners for our events. We’re grateful to have Tablecloth Factory as a trusted vendor and appreciate their commitment to quality and service.
This place is a total joke, tried to accuse me of fraud even when I supplied full proof of transactions. Didn't want to be responsible for me having to cancel and refund an event I was paid over $10,000 for. Do not purchase a huge order from them because it will trigger a fraud alert and they will take days to verify what you send them.
Fast delivery. Items were packaged well. However I was very disappointed with the items. I ordered 8 glass trifle bowls to use as centerpieces to float flowers. The glass is very cloudy no matter how I try to wash them. This makes them look cheap (they were not cheap!)I need them for a wedding so it’s too late to return and find another item. I did call customer service who just said to wash them again. Feeling very let down.
Another company I will never use again. I ordered a wedding cake stand for my daughter’s wedding cake. The baker got all measurements and such and cake was approved. I ordered, and they shipped it. They used UPS which say they delivered at my front door! I have a huge sign hanging on my door saying leave packages under back porch! My house is on a busy street and they used to leave packages literally on the steps! I got home and no package I called UPS. the driver said he didn’t remember a sign on the door, no way you can miss it. The driver said he would drive to my house and verify that’s where it was left. He apologized said he never noticed the sign in my door, this threw a flag for me! I’m thinking he left it at the wrong house. They took no picture to verify and pulled his said he was BY MY HOUSE! He parked on the road so means he could have dropped it at any of the houses near me. I checked with neighbors of course no one got a package for me. UPS agrees they are in the wrong for whatever reason driver ignored the sign and left package where he should not have. I contacted tablecloth company and let them know how dire I need this stand the wedding is in less than a week and they need the stand by this Monday. Their response we’re sorry nothing we can do if we can replace it may take up to 10 days. BS! They took my money, they know the shipper they chose made a mistake they know my daughters big day os coming up and part of that big day is the centerpiece which is the cake now I’m in a bind no cake stand! They do not care. I’d ups is saying to file a claim and admit the driver was wrong why can’t they send another one to ensure this big day doesn’t have this hiccup, NA they don’t care they have my money and could care less. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! Beware of these people.
The ease of ordering; wide range of choices; elegance of offerings; good quality of materials; prompt attention and shipping of order -- all of these things contributed to my satisfaction with the items that I recently ordered for an event at my church. I received many compliments on the presentation of the tableware. I have been especially displeased with flimsy plates and cutlery that I have purchased from discount stores and was very pleased with with everything that I ordered.
