The final product was not up to…

The final product was not up to standards. The company used a horizontal photo and stretched it to a vertical image for a single bed doona cover. I emailed them asking if they could fix the issue, and sent photos to show the difference between the stretched image on the cover compared to the pillow cover which was perfect. Customer support did not see any issue with the final product even after several emails even when images were sent to them to clearly show the difference between the two. They said they would rectify the issue but then stopped all contact together. I would not recommend this company to anyone if this is their business standard.
