Just received my 3 piece canvas of the DeLorean from Back to the Future.Absolutely beautiful finish and high quality detail.With all the Covid related delivery issues at the moment I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order in only 15 days.I was surprised to find out that it was being shipped from China. I presumed it was produced in Australia.Aside from providence absolutely perfect and I will highly recommend LKH.
Considering most area rugs of this size cost a fortune, I’m very please 😊 My only complaint is I’ve had to iron the rug quite thoroughly as it was folded not rolled and had some very deep creasing that won’t go away once the rug has “settled”.I am very happy though and will order again! 5 Stars ⭐️
i ordered my goods weeks ago (12th September) and had no confirmation of dispatch until TWELVE days later (I would never have ordered if I knew it took 12 days to dispatch products that were apparently "available" when ordered. On the 23rd September, I sent an email to the customer service inbox. Today is the 3rd October and they still haven`t responded or acknowledged that email.... However, on 24th September, I received an automated email by LKHProduction stating that my order status was updated - and the goods were now dispatched.So.... Here we are..3rd October.. the products still showing as dispatched, no meaningful information within the tracking to show where they are , or when they are due.. and STILL no products.In this new age of aggressive online sales, some businesses will thrive and prosper- based on their speed of delivery and their customer service.. Others will fall by the wayside and fail miserably... I`m clear where LKHProduction future lies... My advice- don`t waste your money on sub standard businesses that don`t actually care about the customer.
