The delivery was later than expected…

The delivery was later than expected when the product arrived it was of poor quality- fabric shiny and not what n\"normal" doona covers are made of.Also when I ordered it I mistakenly ordered two , I emailed straight away and was informed I would be refunded for 1 duvet cover in 5-10 business days and one month later I am still waiting.

I STILL haven’t received my product! I have emailed so many times, I haven’t received a response the last time I emailed! Why doesn’t take so damn long. I get it’s a busy period, but doesn’t take long to respond back with a timeframe of how long my order will take.

Ordered item on 01/12/22. No response after 23 days. Still no package. I have left 3 messages and no response. No one answering emails. Pathetic experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never use your company again and I tell everyone I know not to use this company. They are happy to take the money but don’t deliver. Useless…!!!!
