Just don’t waste your time

The size chart for this company is terrible . Don’t bother if your an adult a Xl is like a small and the 3xl is maybe a large and when you find out they won’t let you return even though it states 99days return but they will always state it’s not their fault . Head elsewhere where they care for their customers

Sizes are off!

The shirt came in looking just like the picture. However, when I put it on, it was skin tight! When I measured the shirt, it was 2.5 inches short in the bust and another 2 in the length. I contacted LKH via e-mail just to request an "exchange" not a refund and they replied the next day. They said if the size matched the size chart then they would not exchange it. I took several sets of pictures and they still denied my request. I was offered a 35% discount, but why would I try again??

I had a non delivery of goods.

I had a non delivery of goods, I assume they were stolen in transit as all I got was a note from Royal Mail and an empty packet. However I contacted their help email and got an immediate response. I opted for a replacement as I did want the goods. They expediated the replacement order and it arrived very soon after they contacted me about the problem I had with non delivery. I took photos of the said items to help with the enquiry. I was very pleased with the response from the company and certainly would trust them again due to the excellent customer care.

I have had an issue with this company…

I have had an issue with this company since placing my order on 0ctober 12,2024.I cancelled the order by emailing the customer service after the phone number on their site had a message that reg phone is not in service.Next I got a PayPal notification saying my credit card company payed them through PayPal.Then I found out the order was coming from China.I received a email back saying my order would be cancelled.Then I kept updates on the order progress.I kept telling them I had cancelled the order,they said they would check into it and get back to me.Then I get a message saying that the order was shipped.They said someone in the company missed the notice to cancel the order and offered me a 25% credit o keep the order.They said the return freight would cost too much to send back.I told them that I didn’t want the order,thats why I cancelled it.I continued receiving shipping updates and when it got to the port in New York I told them to stop the order there and return it to their company.Received no response.The company did nothing to stop the order.About a week later the order was in transit to my home.I have received the order I cancelled.They sent me a message asking if I liked the product and once again I told them I had cancelled the order and they need to set up a return process.once again they offered me a 25%refund to keep the order I didn’t want.I contacted my credit card company to get my money back.They put a freeze on my card and was told they would open a fraud case against LKH.After receiving the order they closed the fraud case,and opened a dispute case against LKH.After a week of no resolution my credit card company said to communicate with LKHand try to resolve this issue.I told them I have been trying to resolve this issue but they refused to provide a return label.So after all the LKH runaround I told them i would accept their 25%credit and keep the order.So as of today,January 31,2025 the 25% credit still hasn’t been received.Both actions my credit card company took against LKH are closed and according to my credit card company they have received their money,but I am still getting the runaround from this company.

I placed an order for a Men's 124th US Open Golf Shirt

I placed an order for a Men's, XL, Callaway, 124th US Open golf shirt. I received a US Open tennis shirt with no year, an Adidas logo that was not even close to the correct size. I have had to jump through quite a few of their hoops and have still not received my refund.

Do not buy anything from this chinese company! Everything they sell is counterfeit! Buyer beware! Typical Chinese scammers!

Best3 shirt purchase

Really like the golf shirts. But, it took too long to receive them. We wanted to wear them when we went to the Masters this year on the final day. But, they didn’t arrive in time.

Their customer service is horrible

Their customer service is horrible. I received an item as a gift, it was the wrong size, and they refused to exchange it. The material for quarter zip pullover is like shower curtain lining.

If there was 0 stars that is what I'd give, I paid full price for a "quality" sweater and got the most piece of c*#p printed joke of a copy. They do not have any customer service. I've settle on the fact I got scammed and learned my lesson and here to hopefully stop someone else from having to also learn a expensive lesson. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

I am reluctantly giving a one star…

I am reluctantly giving a one star since it should really be a zero star. This business is a scam. There is no customer service whatsoever. They never ever answer their phones. Do no not trust their labels and certainly not their sizes. What they sell have nothing to do with the real brands. I am not sure how they can get away with this. Beware!
