I never write reviews even if they’re bad but I’m compelled to write this one. I returned my order more than a month ago and has still not received my money back. I have sent them series of emails. Weird experience!!!

I ordered some jeans here in November or something.
I accidentally typed my shipping address wrong and contacted support not 5 minutes later.
They said the issue could only be dealt with once the item was shipped.
It was never shipped.
I contacted them every other week asking when it would be shipped, and they said they didn’t know.
Now my order was just cancelled. I did get my refund though, so props for that.

Extremely disappointing experience with no product delivered.

After waiting over 4 weeks, I still haven't received my order for a single pair of jeans. I only received an automated response to one of my emails, and their customer service was virtually nonexistent. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Very pleased with the clothing, but customer service needs improvement.

I'm really satisfied with the clothes; the materials are excellent. However, the customer service is lacking. The pants I received had a tear. I understand these things happen, especially during busy sales. I wasn't looking for a refund, just a replacement. After my initial message to the support team, I didn't receive any further responses. They mentioned providing a voucher for the inconvenience, but I never received it. They also promised an extra item for the shipping delay, which also didn't arrive. The clothing is great, but the support leaves much to be desired. Update: They eventually resolved the issue for me. They're good people! Much love 🫶🏻

Initial Impressions Were Positive, But Quality Lacks

The jacket appears stylish and feels great initially, so I was pleased with my purchase at first. However, the quality is severely lacking — it didn’t even survive a week before starting to deteriorate.
I attempted to raise a complaint and reached out to the customer support team. After numerous emails and sending requested photos, I completely lost contact and received no response.
It’s truly disappointing, as the design is appealing, but the poor quality and absence of customer support make it difficult to recommend.

I am updating my review because my issue has been resolved. Initially, I received a $60 refund for my $240 tariff, but after reaching out again, I received a full refund. The items are just as wonderful as I expected; I truly love all my pieces, many of which I found on a resale platform. I'm glad the situation was rectified and they addressed the tariff confusion. However, I still hesitate to recommend ordering from the US while tariffs remain high, but I would consider ordering again if they decrease.
