Booked a room for 2 nights for an upcoming trip and was booked a room for 1 night TONIGHT! I was also overcharged. I have made dozens of calls to try to rebook or get a refund and have been on hold for hours. Totally getting the runaround from them. Filed a report with the BBB. They are affiliated with Priceline.

Horrible booking and refund experience

I booked a room through a search engine, assured I had three weeks to cancel for a full refund. However, I discovered the next day that the price was significantly higher than other options, including excessive fees. I canceled promptly, and my confirmation email indicated I needed to call the hotel for cancellations. They confirmed the cancellation, but two weeks later, my card was declined, and I found out they hadn't processed my refund. After calling again, I was told to contact the third-party service, which turned out to be a well-known travel site. After an hour on hold, I was transferred to another partner. This was incredibly frustrating, and I finally reached an unhelpful representative who instructed me to email for a refund, but the email address was undeliverable! I'm extremely upset, and when I called back, they hung up on me. This is unacceptable, and I advise others to avoid this service and the related booking platforms.

Beware of this booking service!

Poor experience with this company

I thought I was booking directly on a hotel website but ended up with this service. I never received a confirmation email. When I called them, I encountered a very rude representative with a strong accent, making communication difficult. I was transferred multiple times, yet I still haven't received confirmation of my booking. The money has already been deducted from my account, and the total was higher than originally advertised. I will never use this service again and recommend others to verify the website they are using.

Misleading booking experience

I believed I was on an official hotel website. When I received the confirmation, I realized my mistake, but the cancellation fee was higher than the room cost, so I ended up keeping the reservation. The booking process was fine, but I later needed a receipt and the automated system couldn't understand me, then hung up. Terrible customer service, and I felt deceived from the start.

If possible, I would rate this service a -1. Like many others, I thought I was on the official hotel website when booking a one-night stay. The hotel rate was 89 euros, but I ended up paying 127 euros due to various fees. When I arrived, the hotel staff confirmed my reservation but still requested my bank card. It appeared they knew this service was a scam but wouldn't admit it. The total cost was nearly 50% more than the original price. I had to cancel my card to prevent further charges. Beware of this service!

Scammers and thieves

This company is a scam. They replicate the official hotel website to deceive customers! They charge exorbitant fees and provide no customer support! How does this company remain operational? They don't respond to calls or emails, and we need solutions! I paid $580 for two nights when the hotel price was only 230 euros. Absolute thieves!
