Had a horrible experience for the first time being a consumer of Lola’s I wanted to buy a small cake and then I bought it. Nobody made it clear to me that I had a message written on it that said happy birthday the only thing that puzzled me as I walked off the girl wished me happy birthday which made me think just peek into the box and see what’s there then I realised it said happy birthday on it literally within less than two minutes I went back and I said hey, you’ve sold me a cake with a birthday message can you please tell? Sell me one without one which I was told we don’t have any plain cakes left and even if there was I can’t sell it to you because is it against health and safety but I explained you literally just sold it to me and you didn’t explain to me that the only cakes that you have left have a message it became a whole thing. The staff member was extremely rude also lied multiple times to her supervisor and customer service and I’m just really really disappointed how everything was dealt with in the end the supervisor wipe the message off and then put some sprinkles on it which that could’ve been done from the beginning but it was just made so long for absolutely no reason and as a customer, it left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t know if I would consider coming back to here again
