Great product and company

I've contacted customer service twice now. Both times, I received quick and clear guidance on what to do and what to expect. I'm very grateful for this. I keep my composter running almost nonstop and use the compost in my outdoor pile. Using the composter first helps deter animals from my compost. I truly appreciate this product and the company behind it.

Two compliments and a concern

First, I'm thrilled that someone (the team behind this product) is taking action on organic waste that would otherwise pile up in our kitchens. By returning carbon to our soils and keeping it out of landfills, you significantly help reduce methane emissions. Kudos to the team! Next, I appreciate that you've created a model that even my wife enjoys. She previously found the older model too noisy and smelly for indoor use. The new version is so quiet it often goes unnoticed, and its compact size is a definite advantage. However, I was disappointed to see the removal of the approved cycle feature, which limited my ability to use certain scraps. That's a step backward.

Lomi email support

The email support I received when my Lomi composter stopped working, with a ventilation error light, was detailed, helpful, prompt, and clear. As it was under warranty I was then given clear instructions on how to claim a replacement, and to properly recycle or return the previous one.

Fantastic Customer Service

I’ve owned my Lomi for over two years and use it about twice a week. When an error light appeared, I reached out to customer support.Their response was quick, the solution was explained clearly in simple, easy-to-follow steps, and they even appreciated my sense of humour. Great customer service all around.
