Great company to deal with. Had excellent customer service after I’d inadvertently ordered the wrong item and only discovered my error when it was delivered. Charlie and the team at Bristol were so helpful. Even the delivery man was great!
Service was second to non the wall panels we purchased are beautiful and not to expensive but of a really high standard the delivery was great and the driver was very helpful he carried all the panel into my garage for me, the after sales service was again second to non and thankyou does not seem enough but thak you anyway.
Going on 2 years ago we decided to change from Tiles, Grout, Mastic to Shower panels. It was our first time for panels. Ive done an earlier review of The Panel Company when we ordered our panels 2 years ago. It was a good idea, the shower is used every day. The panels just need a clean now and then (we have a hard water area)with warm soapy water. The Cladseal shower seal is also a great idea no mastic to see. The shower still looks good as new.
I purchased via a 3rd party site, but the panel company were great at handling any queries or issues. There was discolouration between panels due to batch numbers however panel company handled my request and were able to help me out straight away. Repsonses are timely and helpful.Millie provides excellent customer service.Simon was delivery driver who was efficent and helpful when I had additional queries.
Our delivery driver Nick was very friendly , professional , efficient. Quick delivery time and kept updated throughout. The 6 panels I’ve ordered were packed very well and delivered safely, highly recommend to anyone! Very happy with everything.
