Scammers and keep away. Found them through Google and called and spoke to a member of staff. I read the letter from my GP explaining the symptom and where it was. I made an appointment and had a series of pushy calls and texts confirming the appointment. I was quoted £449.00 if it was done there and then. Had consultation and diagnosis was confirmed except it was smaller than my GP had stated. They then take you in to the surgery room and explain that it's now £1899.00 because of where it is even though it was exactly where I said it was.Wasted £249.00 but will issue in small claims.I can see vulnerable people being taken for a ride and pressed in to accepting their sales antics.Please do avoid and warn others.
£249 to get me in the door for a 4 min consultation to tell me what i already knew. Then give me a price of £1899 to to do the procedure. Feel absolutely ripped off. I left and have found somewhere much cheaper than if i had paid there extortionate rates. They get you in the door with from 249 advertisement and then give you a slap in the face for your efforts
Absolutely appalling service. Dermatologist was rude, disinterested and very unfriendly.The "Consultation" lasted barely 5 minutes and cost me £195 and taught me nothing I didn't already know. I left feeling really cheated and ripped off and actually had to shed a few tears I felt so disrespected.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE
