I have the Ray5 10w and 20w lasers. Both lasers stopped working. Contacted customer support and they were very helpful in getting my 20W going again. The 10W is out of warranty but they sent me parts for it (a cable and motherboard). As of now, the laser still is not working, but they are sending a y axis motor and hopefully that will fix the problem of the y axis not moving. The machines are of good quality and the assembly instructions are easy to follow. The laser comes very well packaged. I have had no problems in contacting tech support by email. They responded very quickly and every time. The prices of their lasers really came down since I first bought my 10W three years ago. I purchased the 20W for two hundred dollars less than I paid for my 10W. I hope the lasers last for many years.
I received the B1 40W as a Christmas present and am delighted with it. I have been busy etching practically everything I can get my hands on. The build was simple and I love the rotary roller. Would highly recommend d this for people, like me, who just want to get creating. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I'm getting even better results. I encountered a problem with a laser module fan that wasn't functioning. The support team offered to replace the fan despite it being out of warranty. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. I have been using their 40W Laser and genuinely enjoy this product. This is the first issue I've faced after nearly a year of daily use. While I prefer phone conversations, I can't fault their email response times. They also provided valuable technical advice to help resolve the issue.
