I ordered blinds with in-store delivery to avoid paying extra for shipping. The store had a logistical problem and instead of sending them to store they sent it to my old address in a different city! After contacting customer service, they said they couldn't help me because I hadn't updated the new address in the app! Of course, I didn't because I always want to have them delivered to the store! The blinds cost 112 euros! I'm very disappointed!!!!

The worst customer service experience I ever had. Still waiting for my bed that should have already been delivered and they say that they chase up the delivery company and it is not their fault. I paid them, not the delivery company. It is their vendor. Avoid to keep your inner peace!

I read reviews before I purchased this trench coat and because I like loose over sized coats I decided to buy my actual size. It fits perfectly and still big. Brilliant style and quality and looks great on. I’m 180 cm and size 14 on top so 14 was great if you like it loose. Go 12 if you want a a more fitted coat.
Would 100% recommended this lovely coat

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Delivery

I ordered a set of three matching curtain poles from a well-known brand on 3 November, anticipating a smooth delivery process. Unfortunately, this has turned into one of the most frustrating experiences with customer service I've ever encountered. On 9 November, I received confirmation that delivery was scheduled for 21 November. However, that delivery did not happen, and I received no explanation. Instead, without any prior notice, only one curtain pole was delivered late on 28 November. The package was marked “1 of 1”, despite my order being for three items. This left me with one unusable pole and no updates about the other two. Since then, I've spent countless hours on the phone trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward matter. On 7 December, I was informed that the remaining two poles would be reordered, with a delivery date set for 19 December, which was later changed to 20 December after another call. Still, nothing arrived. I was promised a €20 gift card as an apology on 9 December, but it never came. When I called again in early January, I was assured of another €20 voucher on 5 January, which also never materialized. These repeated promises were meaningless and unfulfilled. One representative from the customer service team was involved at one point, but there was no accountability, follow-up, or resolution. Each call required me to explain the situation again, resulting in more empty promises. As of 13 January, over two months after placing a €300 order, I'm still missing two curtain poles. I just want the complete matching set I paid for. The missed delivery dates, poor communication, broken promises, and the time wasted on this issue make this experience unacceptable and far below the standards expected from a reputable brand.

Lack of Size Guide and Misleading Material Information

The absence of a size guide for a gold top on the platform led me to check the brand's own site. Luckily, I did, as the top is synthetic instead of the 100% cotton stated by the platform. If I had ordered it, I would have needed to return it since I've chosen to avoid synthetic clothing.

Next site says top is 100% cotton, River Island site says its synthetic

There's no size guide for a gold River Island top on the Next Ireland site so I went to River Island's site to check and it's a good thing I did as the top is actually synthetic and not 100% cotton as Next says it, if I ordered it I would have had to return it as I have decided to stop buying synthetic clothes.

I ordered a jumper for christmas for my husband which was supposr to arrive at latest the friday before christmas , by that friday no info had bern updated so contacted customer service to ask if the could inform me further to which I was told that it was on the way and would be there the next day saturday ot latest monday, monday arrives and there's no delivery so I call to check and the cs rep tells me its on the way again but won't arrive until 28th then I recieved an email this morning the 30th that I have been refunded which I never requested which I stated to customer service to which she replied ironically just order it again .... as if. They're either lying to customers ot haven't a clue what's going on. Never again

Not satisfied with refund process

Products and delivery great. But having spent around €800 on Next.ie recently and keeping €500 worth of goods and returning around €300 worth of goods, the fact they appear to be making an issue for one item returned unworn in pristine condition, because I RECEIVED IT WITHOUT A TAG would really deter me from shopping there again. I also had to phone to check that the returned items had been received back due to a tracking error and the returns process has taken, over a week longer, going on two weeks longer, than a recent Brown Thomas and Marks and Spencer return. To additionally note that a lot of clothing items on Next.ie are priced significantly higher than the same items sold in different stores. Not a happy customer right now.

Missing coffee table

Ordered a coffee table over a month ago. Got no confirmation or order number and after 6 phone calls to their various customer service team members I’m still getting nowhere. I have been told first that the courier was GLS, then DHL and now DPD. Supposed to be delivered this morning now …..still no confirmation of time or any contact from courier (whoever that may be). If I don’t get my table today I will b asking for a full refund. Never again will I order from NEXT. Totally unacceptable customer service!!!!
