Do not trust total SCAM!! These sites just take your money and have bullshit tracking sites that say you are getting your order and has been delivered but you will never see it!!!! Forget about getting a refund that will never happen.
It seems to be a trend but I could give a negative star I would. This place is a complete scam. Took 30 days to “deliver” package. When I emailed about not ever receiving it they offered to reship. Lo and behold the same thing happened. They use fake tracking sites, not found by ANY shipping company. Site is a scam and don’t “buy” from them. Complete joke and thieves.
If I could have put 0 stars I would have but it would not let me.I placed my order on the 13 of December it was supposed to be 3 to 5 days, I emailed them on the 13 of January 2026 they responded and said it was being delivered last night and then it showed delivered after 11 pm. I have cameras everywhere because of all the theft no one on camera nothing was delivered plus I was home what a joke. I wish I would have looked up reviews beforehand. You live and learn!
Very bad customer service . I sent the product back and they dont want to give me back the right amount. I gave them the proof and the product has arrived in Chine, according to the track and trace, so they can easly verify but nevertheless they dont want recognize me the right refound amount. They are scammers. Very poor quality. Dont buy anything.
This is not a website in Switzerland but for China and it takes long to arrive and once you place an order your card is charged and contacting them is not useful even if immediate. Extremely misleading and so would not have ordered had I known it was not a legit Swiss site or contactable.
