This AI video generator is ineffective. Initially, it seems impressive, but after upgrading and adding credits multiple times, I still ended up with unusable videos. It consumes a lot of credits for minimal changes. If your internet is slow, you get an error message but still lose credits. I reached out to support nine days ago after it took 4,000 credits without providing anything usable, and I have yet to receive a response. Terrible customer service.
The service is terrible! It's heavily restricted, lacking even basic options, and the image creation process is extremely slow. The assistant fails to understand requests, resulting in random outputs that need correction. Thankfully, I only tried it for 30 days. To prevent further charges, I plan to request a card replacement from my bank. I suggest looking elsewhere; this platform offers very limited and mediocre service, and the majority of outputs are unhelpful, wasting your time.
I was misled into paying $192. I did not use any credits. I reached out to support immediately with all required information, including the order number. After receiving template replies, they have gone silent, refusing to process my refund. This company takes payments but ignores legitimate refund requests. I am now forced to file a formal dispute. This site has greatly improved! I love the photos, and the AI is quite capable! I generate logos and banners for my streams, and the options available for images are incredible. I've been using the free daily credits and highly recommend it.
The initial image generation was satisfactory, but modifications did not work. I requested to cancel my subscription within an hour, yet customer service has been entirely non-responsive, and they keep charging my credit card despite my cancellation.
I cannot recommend using ‘loveart’. Be very careful. I was able to use it without any problems on the first day and was convinced, so I started a paid subscription. Since then, I have not been able to access my account for weeks. No invitation links are being sent anymore, and without one, you can't log into your account. Now I have a paid subscription, my credit card details are on file, and I can no longer manage my account or use the product. Now I've received an email saying that my subscription will be renewed in a few days and the next payment will be debited. I can't get out of this situation. They can now diligently charge me money month after month without me being able to do anything about it. Emails are not answered, and I am completely ignored as a customer. As things stand at the moment I have to block my credit card so that they can no longer charge me. I can only advise everyone not to use this tool!

I used Lovart to generate a video using one character. After being told that full-length videos are not supported, I clearly requested split videos instead – and I explicitly rejected the image keyframe option.They ignored my request and delivered only keyframe images, which I had already refused, and still deducted my coins.I contacted their support multiple times, explained everything, and asked for a refund. But I received only template replies saying they cannot help with refunds or escalate the issue.This is unacceptable. I paid for something I did not receive. Poor customer service, and no way to get your money back if things go wrong.Be careful before using this platform.
