I bought a waverley storage bed and Dingle sprung mattress. The storage bed is flat packed and easily assembled. I was amazed by the quality especially the hydraulic lifting arms. The mattress is the business real good quality. JUSTIN the delivery driver was a GREAT help a sound man.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I ordered a bunk bed, I asked to the sales team if the one of the bottom was double (as I need that specific size), they reply that it's double. Before ordering I asked again to the same person, he confirmed twice. When arrived, the one in the bottom was small double. I submit my complain, they acknowledge their mistake, and they reply to me that they can give me 30 euros!. 30 EUROS is not gonna buy me a new mattress. It took me 7 hours to build the bed, and they don't care.They are super rude. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Adding to that, the bed is very bad quality, despite the price I paid for it (810 euros).DONT BUY
If I could give this company 0 I would. I have been treated like dirt for the last 10months. Emails after emails. Received a sofa for the whole fabric to start splitting, reported this to be told by the man who came and stated if they would have got me out 3 days ago I'd of been fixing this no questions asked but because it was longer than the 3 months wouldn't do it. For to have hundreds of emails back and forth for them to tell me they'd send a whole back of the sofa out to me in August 2023... May 2024 they have sent out half a peace of fabric and it is still not resolved. They also told me my other part of the sofa was being fixed for them to bring me it back 4 weeks later worse than what it was sent. I have had to get the money up to actually replace the sofa as a single mum of 3 isn't the easiest thing to do. Scam scam scam wouldn't trust a word that comes out of there mouth!!!
Justin, the delivery driver called this evening with my order. He is an extremely hardworking obliging person to deal with. I have ordered from this company before so have met Justin for the second time. Both he and the company are very pleasant and easy to deal with and I would not hesitate to order again in the future if and when the occasion arises.
So disappointed with this service ordered on May 2nd and the items were in stock so should have been an easier delivery I thought 4 weeks on and I just recieved call that they still don't have one of the items and hopefully next week if this doesn't come next week I will be cancelling and taking my money back .
Love Furniture delivered a faulty wardrobe with missing parts in January. Three months later after numerous phone calls and emails they have still not issued a refund for the faulty item. They keep attempting to convince me to accept delivery of the missing parts. I did this initially until I realised that further parts are still missing and the fragility of the wardrobe which is not fit fur purpose. I continue to request a refund with the support of the consumer protection agency and they are still refusing to engage on this. They are not complying with my consumer rights. I may have to take them to the small claims court as they have been so difficult to deal with and completely disingenuous.
Ordered a glass dining room table and was delivered really fast within a few days - very reasonable price and the table is great quality for the price so really impressed. I read some of the other reviews and it seems if there is an issue with your product their customer service may not be good, but I can't comment on that as there were no issues and I'm really happy with my table. I would recommend based on this..
Third purchase from Love Furniture.No problems whatsoever.I love the antiquated cash-on-delivery option : if the item doesn’t show up, I don’t have to worry about frantically attempting to contact the type of dreaded zombie customer service some other big companies employ, hyperventilating as I try to get a refund.I see other reviewers complaining about having to wait etc - I have found it takes perhaps a day for Love Furniture to contact you confirming your order. I have no patience whatsoever and always make contact from my end to anyone I’m ordering goods from, then I’m in control of the situation as much as is possible.Love Furniture advise it could take 2 or 3 weeks for them to deliver your item.Don’t panic !Regarding my latest order, I received a phone call about 21:25 one evening about a week after I’d placed the order online; and a person who sounded perhaps Spanish advised me my order would be with me in about a week.I remembered from before getting sporadic emails and texts from Love Furniture, so I didn’t worry any more about it.I received a text from Love Furniture last Saturday advising my item would arrive today, then this morning advising it was on its way. I received another from the driver, Dec advising he was 45 minutes away.I am really pleased with my dealings with these people.I wish there were more like them.Well done Love Furniture ❤️🛋️
I would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a Bed, order got cancelled, we were never notifified, finally, 2 weeks later we recieved the Bed. And it was the wrong Bed, went in store and staff were useless. Extremely disapointed with the service. Wont be shopping here again
Took one month to the day for the bed & mattress to arrive. Initial communication was zero. Processing order is all it said for just over a week before I called. Eventually got a date/time. Delivery was brought at different date/time than agreed. Delaying for another week. Wanted to cancel, was promised a €50 refund which was not honored. As was assembling bed it was missing parts. Had to improvise to put it together. Stay clear of this company I would advise.
