Had my bed delivered by a lovely friendly lad today called SN. He was a very polite courteous and helpful young man very happy with the purchase and SN. kept me notified of the delivery time and date up until the exact time of delivery I most certainly will be shopping at love Furniture again great service and very reasonable price
This company is a disaster. Delivered broken sofa/bed. Collected it to 'fix' and returned it still broken; this ordeal took about 6 weeks. Then they claimed it was out of warrenty and that they couldn't provide a refund/ replacemnet. Suggested that they could come to my house to fix it but that this might require 6 visits! Am still waiting for a refund and will probably have to take them to small claims court.
Don’t order from this company unless you’re ok with constant issuesIt took me a while to order a bed from them but I said I’ll give it a shot. I ordered my double bed in charcoal, when I looked at the types for fabrics it looked pitch black. Waited 2 weeks just for a navy blue bed sent to me. I didn’t notice until the driver left, the bed was also broken when it came from Northern Ireland their headquarters. They gave me a 60 euro discount. Had to reorder my bed in black. Came 3 weeks later. The delivery guy STEFAN was very nice, he went the extra mile to help. Don’t order from this company they are not organised, they expect you to lift your own furnitureWasted a lot of my time and made my experience with them worseI won’t recommend
Awfully company to deal with,Ordered a month and half ago paid up front, was given multiple scheduled delivery times and dates that were cancelled last minute. After several calls to confirm delivery was due Thursday Delivery driver arrived on Wednesday evening without notice and half the order was missing.Was then told the missing items will take another 2 weeks to deliver.We then had to travel 350km to pick up the items ourselves. The warehouse staff were rude and unapologetic. Not worth the time unless you want a headache.....
I ordered my furniture about 8 weeks ago. 4 weeks ago they told me we are going to deliver your furniture. They kept cancelling delivery for 4 weeks. I received a text from love furniture we will deliver your furniture on Thursday. I rang them to confirm if they were delivering on Thursday they said yes. Then delivery guy showed up at my door on Wednesday evening without beds. I live 2 hours away from delivery address. I had to get someone to travel 70km to open the door who was in the middle of cooking his dinner. These guys are absolutely worthless, they don't communicate, they tell lies, they are scammers. I wouldn't recommend these scammers to my worst enemies. Don't go near them, you will regret it.
Terrible, terrible company, worst customer experience I have ever gone through. Ordered a wardrobe off of them, got delivered with incorrect parts. Contacted them for the correct parts to be sent out,they said all delivery drivers were on holidays that week. 2 weeks later delivery driver arrived, no parts on the truck. Got fed up at this stage and asked numerous times for full refund and have not received it. Never shop with them again.
Absolutely awful experience - do not order from this company!Left us hanging for weeks and were constantly promising the mattress would be delivered the "coming week". Then the day before delivery was due we rang to see what time it was coming only to be told they had lost the mattress and it would take weeks for another one to be ordered in.Now we've no mattress and have to order from somewhere else as we will never deal with these liars ever again.
Bad quality I bought a 3-2-1 sofa set leather order in black but they didn’t have in stock so took it in grey instead , when it arrived two seater was damage so had to have that replaced , then the stitching came out of the seams on the three seater which was repaired , now all the seats have bad cracks in the exact same places , leather is peeling off in different areas and it’s not even two years old , I’ve complained and they just ignore you , do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable retailer instead of these conmen selling Chinese crap.
Justin, the delivery driver for Love Furniture was brilliant . Very helpful and kind and was exactly on time as he said he would be .He deserves a pay rise.
