Updated 30/5/25 5 times I've been lied to, FIVE!! Surely not? Let's see ... First of all: before ordering, I checked the item was in stock and was told it was. Two weeks later: played the text messaging game to accept a delivery date of April 24th. On April 23rd I was told the item suddenly wasn't in stock, but it was now sourced and would be delivered the following week. Then we had the 27/28th of May promised. All that was delivered was more insincere apologies. And here we are on Friday 30th of May: again having been told a courier was being initiated to ensure my furniture was delivered this week and nothing. No notification from any courier to suggest any such arrangement was made. So yes! 5 broken commitments, which suggest they were all lies. Initially I thought you were just cowboys, chancing your arm. Advertising furniture from the internet that you might be able to fulfill. I then progressed to believing you to be incompetent - as this loose plan has proved beyond you. But I was being kind. I now believe you're scammers; taking my payment of €453.70 with no intention of supplying it. I have now had contact promising delivery next week. This takes the saga in to June. I am therefore deleting a star - because even one is too many. Companies like yours don't deserve business.This is a very strange company. Having bought a mattress off them last year (delivery was slow) and it was ok in the end, I chanced using them again for a chest of drawers - to save myself €50. I now wish I spent the extra and had it delivered in a few days. Initial indication was it was in stock and would be delivered within 2 weeks. 3 weeks on I got a delivery date (with this high octane series of texts requiring replies) then the day before, it suddenly wasn't in stock, but another one had been sourced. Two weeks on - and 5 weeks in total - still no sign and communication has dried up. It'd be comical - had I not given them €470 for an item I require. My lesson is - shop from a regular shop with a good track record. These people are bizarre and I just want it delivered now.
I was a little unsure about purchasing a bed online that I hadn't seen but after a phonically to mark, I had all my questions answered. The bed is great quality, excellent value and delivery was fast, only a few days. they have a huge selection, I found exactly what I wanted, headboard, drawer storage etc. Really happy and would buy again. Service as very professional and staff were lovey from start to finish.
Stay well away folks. Sent me a sofa bed that looked like it was 2nd hand. Stained and smells like mould. Currently getting nowhere with the so called Customer Service. They actually offered me a refund of €20 and later upped it to €30 if I would keep it. I've just been scammed.Just giving an update. After back and forth, they sent me out a replacement which is even worse than the original one. Wood on the inside is covered in damp. Stay tuned for further updates and ffs, don't buy off them.
Excellent Company, value and service, I have used the company on 2 separate occasions and can't complain about anything, the delivery staff were excellent, very curtious and professional,arrived promptly on the day and time arranged. The fitters arrived a couple off days later and were the same, curtious and professional and cleared and cleaned up after fitting the Sliding Wardrobes and Ottoman Beds and took all the rubbish with them, highly recommended and will use again
Please Please please stay away from this company they are absolutely disgusting there furniture is terrible I got bedroom set off them a month ago it came damaged and I got a professional to assemble it and was very hard for him to line wardrobes up but couldn't a draw came and had a big hole in it and cracked like it was use before I'm still waiting for my draw 3 weeks now there customer service is a joke and mess u around and not helpful at all this company is a disgrace ive rang them 4 or 5 times and keep bullshitting me basically STAY AWAY FROM THEM THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES OUT THERE TO GET YR FURNITURE FROM
I made my purchases online and received my confirmation email, thereafter regular updates on when the items were arriving in store and my delivery date. Delivery driver was pleasant and helpful. The drawers were flat packed and good quality when compared to others I’ve bought and a good price. Simple instructions with spare items in the build packs. No complaints would buy from again.
