Always book with you but I couldn't understand why when I booked 1 room 2 people it was £589 per person and when I tried to book 2 rooms with 4 people it rose to £600 per person and didn't give us the option for paying extra for a balcony. Other than that I feel very confident booking with you.
The search and booking process was easy however the prices just appear to be lower than other companies. It was not clear that seat reservations would not be included in the cost of the holiday and there was no option to add select seats at the time of booking so I assumed it was included. I later received an email after booking to purchase these from Tui so could have got the holiday cheaper elsewhere
