I have been using Love Holidays to book my trips since 2022, both through their app and website, and the experience has always been smooth and reliable. The platform is easy to navigate with great options for affordable flights and hotels. Whether I'm on my phone or laptop the booking process is straightforward and convenient.I really like how the app keeps all my travel details in one place and the website makes it simple to compare different packages. Communication has always been clear and I receive timely updates about my bookings. Even though customer service can be busy sometimes, they've been helpful whenever I've needed support. Overall, Love Holidays continues to be my go to for hasslefree and good-value holiday bookings.
⭐️ 1-Star Review – Extremely Poor Service & Misleading Booking SystemI’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from LoveHolidays. I made a booking that clearly stated the hotel was family-friendly and even allowed me to enter the age of a 6-year-old child during the booking process. The system accepted the booking, confirmed it, and took nearly £4,000 in payment without any warning or indication that the hotel supposedly has a minimum age requirement of 12.Only after the booking was accepted and paid for did LoveHolidays inform me that the hotel would not allow a child of that age. Despite this being an obvious system error and misrepresentation, LoveHolidays has repeatedly refused to amend or refund the booking, claiming it is “non-refundable” – even though the booking should never have been possible in the first place.This has caused significant stress, wasted time, and financial worry, and the company has shown zero accountability for the inaccurate information on their own website. Their customer service responses have been scripted, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, ignoring the fact that they accepted a booking that contradicts the very restrictions they are now pointing to.Under consumer law, a service must be as described, and this was not. Yet LoveHolidays refuses to take responsibility.I will be escalating this further with ABTA, Trading Standards, the CMA, and my bank due to the clear misrepresentation and failure of duty of care.I strongly advise anyone booking through LoveHolidays to be extremely cautious. Their system cannot be trusted, and their customer service offers no meaningful support when their own errors cost customers thousands of pounds.
Emailed me a good deal for 3 nights in Budapest. Fab looking 4 star hotel in great location, walking distance from Margrit Hid (central bridge over the Danube, opposite Parliament building). Flights with luggage allowance and double room for single use with breakfast included. Opted to add £20 for balcony/terrace. Visited Budapest 3 years ago on 2night break. Couldn't do the Buda Castle area on final day due to stomach bug but vowed to return. Birthday/Retiral trip Feb 2026 - can't wait.
