This company took our money and only booked the flight in the beginning!After several months they then tried to book what we booked months earlier!They then offered a free upgrade for a holiday that would cost half the price.If we didn’t accept we would lose thousands of pounds on the flights because it’s none refundable.Then all the lies begin but generally the call centre say they’ll check the recordings agree something will be done and then days before you go say tuff.I forgot to say they didn’t even tell me I was going to the wrong hotel, because they are so dodgy I rang ahead and they told me I wasn’t getting what I’d booked.This was an £8000 pound holiday and they totally got it wrong
So after my experience with love holidays they seemed so concerned on here they haven't looked into my fraud complaint and these scammers are still operating they lie on here saying how sorry they are when I phoned they were rude and horible no interest that scamers are using there name on Internet which should be checked by this company they let customers get cheated or fraud would stop this on the Internet I've contacted many people all over the place if you were worried why did you take my warning of your site on Facebook and to contact you about bookings online is impossible
recently booked a family holiday to Qatar through Loveholidays. The booking was made over the phone, as the representative offered me a small discount. The package included flights for two adults and two children, plus transfers.The day before our flight, I received an email from the transport company confirming that a car had been booked. On reviewing this, I immediately raised concerns with Loveholidays, as the vehicle clearly wasn’t large enough to accommodate four passengers, three suitcases, and a baby stroller. Initially, the representative suggested arranging an additional car at my expense. When I questioned how they expected us to fit into the original car, they acknowledged it was an error on Loveholidays’ part and apologised. Unfortunately, they then informed me that no suitable alternative could be found.After escalating the issue to a manager, I was given two options: accept the unsuitable car transfer or cancel and receive a refund. With no other choice, I reluctantly accepted the refund, leaving me to arrange alternative transport at very short notice. While the staff were polite throughout, the situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and my request for compensation went on deaf ears.The explanation I was given was that Loveholidays always books the cheapest transfer option for the passengers, which in this case was a car. However, their system does not take luggage requirements into account—a clear flaw I highlighted to them.Thankfully, Qatar has excellent local transport services, and my hotel was only 20 minutes away. Had the journey been longer, I would have faced significant additional costs due to Loveholidays’ inability to provide a suitable solution. The holiday booking etc went well and we had no further issues
I thought that the booking process and regular updates was straightforward. The hotel was really good. Food excellent and staff were outstanding. The on site SPA was a stand out for me. They gave the best massages I have had and all the staff within it were exceptional. A real stand out for Soukaina who was very knowledgeable and capable of delivering outstanding massages. Indoor pool was excellent too, well worth booking.Can't give feedback for the entertainment as didn't join any activities, but heard things were happening from the pool.Would recommend an out of season trip to this hotel to anyone.The only downsides for me were the sparkling wine not being part of all inclusive ( is included in the iberostar) and the Moroccan tea was disappointing, lacked flavour and wasn't at all pleasant.The free shuttle to the centre souks was great. Even though you had to book in advance, I didn't have any issue with availability.
