I booked a holiday online, it wasn't at all transparent about additional charges that were sneakily accumulating. Upon realising this, I cancelled right after my booking but they didn't refund me my full, due, amount. I am extremely disappointed. The greed of this is completely unnecessary and unacceptable. If I cancelled so soon after booking, surely I should've received my money back. Not to mention and reiterate that they were completely unclear about the charges! Be mindful and warned before booking.
Emailed me a good deal for 3 nights in Budapest. Fab looking 4 star hotel in great location, walking distance from Margrit Hid (central bridge over the Danube, opposite Parliament building). Flights with luggage allowance and double room for single use with breakfast included. Opted to add £20 for balcony/terrace. Visited Budapest 3 years ago on 2night break. Couldn't do the Buda Castle area on final day due to stomach bug but vowed to return. Birthday/Retiral trip Feb 2026 - can't wait.
I sent a letter to to there conplaints department a week ago and still not heard from them . As l can't resolve my issue untill they get back to me . I want to amend my booking . As l want to change a name on my booking . They ask me to change it on the airline l have done that and had to pay £109 . Now loveholidays want £189 to amend the booking seems a lot of money to amend the booking .still waiting on the legel team to get back to me about the letter l sent over a week and a half ago going forward lovehoildays have still not resolved my complaint l am no futher foward about my hoilday .I just want this resolved its been going on too long just want this sorted l have put a complaint in and no respone
