Absolutely delighted with my purchase of a rope bracelet for my husbands birthday which contains his daughters ashes. Exactly what I asked for and I was updated on the progress of my order. It came beautifully packaged. Would highly recommend.
Emma has a wonderful eye for detail and is so empathetic. I wanted a ring with my darling husband’s ashes in and she was very gentle and understanding. It’s not been long and she was aware of that. As well as a beautiful ring, the box was lovely and Emma gave me a pouch for the ring with my husband’s name and dates. Just beautiful in every way.
I cannot thank Emma enough for the service and the beautiful earrings. Emma talked me the process and sent me photos once the earrings were finished and when I collected them they were beautifully wrapped in a little box. What can I say, from first contact with Emma. She has been amazing. After looking through Emma's page I knew I wanted her to make me something special. We met in person and Emma showed me all the rings that she had and they were all so lovely. It was hard to pick. I picked a rung, we discussed what colour resin to have. All throughout Emma kept in contact of progress. Sent pics and I picked my ring up today. Needless to say I'm absolutely delighted with it. It's better than I had ever imagined. I will definitely be using Emma again and 100% recommend Emma. Thank You xxx
