Best agent travel

Hazel helped me book my trip for me and my family. The tickets were super expensive, but she did help me save money, so we could attend my daughter's graduation. Thank you so much, I really appreciate your help.

I was honestly upset…/ It's actually a scam.

5/5/2024I was honestly upset when the tickets that I booked somehow was no longer available. Mr. John was very professional about it and did all he could to help me find what I originally booked. He even talked to the car rental company for me, to see if it was possible for me to return the vehicle at another airport. That didn't work out but he kept his word and called me right back after he took some time to help plan something else to get the flight we needed. I appreciate that. He made an unfortunate situation better. Thanks, John.**UPDATE AS OF 5/18/2024*THIS APPARENTLY A SCAM. THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROBLEM TO BEGIN WITH WAS DUE TO JOHN CALLING ME AND SAYING MY ORIGINAL FLIGHT I PURCHASED WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I ENDED UP PAYING A LITTLE MORE TO GET A "GUARANTEED" FLIGHT, BUT SINCE IT WAS DISCOUNTED, HE DIDN'T HAVE THE FLIGHT INFO YET. HE WILL PROVIDE ME THE INFO AS SOON AS THE FLIGHTS GETS RELEASED. I PAID AHEAD OF TIME AND WAITED. I NEVER GEARS ANYTHING BACK SO I TRIED FOR DAYS TO GET A HOLD OF JOHN BUT NO LUCK. FINALLY GOT A MESSAGE SAYING THE TICKETS HAVEN'T BEEN RELEASED YET, I WILL GET IT 24 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. I GET A TEXT THE NIGHT BEFORE SAYING THE SAME THING. FLIGHTS HAVE BEEN CANCELED DUE TO OVERBOOKING. NOT MY FAULT! I TOLD HIM THAT HE GUARANTEED IT. HE ACKNOWLEDGED BUT STILL TRIED TO HAVE ME PAY MORE TO GET A FLIGHT. RIDICULOUS! NOW HE'S NOT REPLYING TO TEXTS AND I HAD TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR OVER 2 HOURS WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER PROVIDED THAT CLAIMED 24/7 LIVE AGENTS. PROBLEM NOT SOLVED. HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM HIM, WE DONT HAVE A FLIGHT BACK AND CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE -100 SCORE IF I COULD. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
