If I could give no stars ⭐️ that’s how it would be. They are scammers and I believe all their good reviews are self done. When I was finally able to check my flight directly with the airline they told me the flight booking was cancelled due to fraudulent activity. Yes the scammers got almost $300 on my credit card but I have already reported it as fraudulent and requested a charge back. Don’t get drawn in by Ana she is good at trying to explain but she fails to tell you that she is a fraud also. So sad that people need to do this. Don’t do it….Do NOT use this website. My edit: After complaining i did receive a full refund.. However there was no technical glitch.. An account was created and a ticket was purchased as i saw the details when i called the airline directly. The airline informed me that due to suspicious activity on a credit card (not mine) the ticket was canceled and refunded.
After I completed my purchase, they called me and told me the booking was no longer available at the specified price. Then they asked me to pay more and gave me a ton of trouble when I said that I just wanted a refund instead. The booking was shady to begin with, and the customer service totally disrespected everything I asked for.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM ONCE I REALIZED IT WAS A SCAM I DID NOT GO THROUGH WITH MY BOOKING WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS SOMEBODY USED MY CARD INFO FROM THEIR SITE AND BOOKED $1,000 WORTH OF FLIGHTS AND THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP!
Booking was very simple at first. I then received a call about a change in price for my booking. It wasn't too much of a difference so it was no problem. I expected to receive my e-ticket ahead of time, but that didn't arrive until 24 hours before my flight, and I had to contact customer service. I will say customer service answers quickly and no matter the time. Upon my return I had issues with my ticket being cancelled, my confirmation code being changed, and instead of leaving on my original departure date, my ticket was cancelled, my return flight was refunded, and I had to book a completely different ticket directly through the airline. I will not use this company again or recommend to anyone.
