Very unprofessional. I ordered tickets online. I got an email to call them. When I did the price I was given doubled. Unfortunately I couldn't understand the person on the phone and he then charged me for one ticket. When I said I wanted to cancel because I was traveling with my son who is a minor. He told me I couldn't it was non refundable. He gave me a code to talk to the airline. When I called the airline they had no record of anything. When I called back to tell them. They said nothing they can do and hung up. I was able to track everything down to priceline who had the information. They refunded me the money. Bur I still have not received the money back and I can't purchase tickets with out my refund. Which has put me in an extremely bad position. Worst place to purchase tickets.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!I booked a flight to leave for San Diego on Thursday. The first red flag was, there was no debit from my account from the company but I did receive a confirmation email with a confirmation number and the flights itinerary so I waited until the next day for the payment to go through. The next day comes and still now deduction. I went to the airlines website and entered the confirmation number and there was no information from the confirmation number. I called the number and got no answer. I went back to the website and tried to look up the same flight and got a pop up saying my request was blocked by the administrator. I waited and called back. Second red flag, when I called the number provided, a child answered the phone and shortly after that, the call was disconnected. Keep in mind, there was still no deduction from my account. I decided to look up reviews and saw a lot of negative reviews. I called back a 10:30 and finally got in contact with someone only to be told that I would receive a call back. Third and final red flag, a guy called me back and said the departure flight had been confirmed but the returning flight was changed and it would cost a lot more. I told him to cancel and he said that he could not cancel because I had already paid and booked the flight and the only option was for me to go with another airline and pay an additional 90 dollars and fly into Los Angeles. I told him to give me 30 minutes and call me back because I needed to speak with my fiancé about it. I immediately called my bank and cancelled the card. No money was ever taken out so for him to insist that I had already paid told me everything I needed to know. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
This site is a SCAM!!!!!!! Booked a return fare for my wife and I, they got my credit card and I got a booking reference with United Airlines. Then I get an email that I will receive the ticket confirmation within 6 hours. Then I get a phone call that "unfortunately, the price has changed". Now they wanted almost 2X the agreed upon pricing. I said NO. The guy on the line says, the best I can do is....I said, I'm not here to negotiate anything. The price was the price and I expect you to honor it. He says he cannot and that the ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE, whereas the email I got says it is refundable if, "in the rare instance that the price escalates"....What a joke, this is not a business model, it's a pure SCAM, BAIT & SWITCH. Don't waste your time folks, unless you enjoy being baited and switched at a much higher price.
If I could, would give a -10 stars to this huge SCAM. As many of us do, I started a search on Google for cheap flights, and I ended up biting the hook of the low prices with Low Fare Buddy, and did the due process of selecting dates, flights, and paying with my credit card JetBlue roundtrip tickets reservation with "Lowfarebuddy". But since January, the amount of 2 roundtrip tickets with extra baggage was charged to my credit card and already paid. Since the date is near in July, I called JetBlue and guess what, no tickets with my name nor payment has been received. I texted and send email and the only repeated messages is " Please Give me 10 minutes my supervisor will call you". I have repeatedly written using WhatsApp to demand for my tickets and no response whatsoever. Still trying to get in touch with a supervisor.
Booking was cancelled and they never refunded the money, they will never answer my calls or emails. I filed a claim with the FTC and after they received notice they answer one of my calls and when I gave them my booking ref. code, they said b/c you file a complaint against us, you will not receive your money or credit back. Stay away from this fraudulent website.
This is a 100% fraud website !!! I tried to book thru this website. Price was ridiculously less ($136). I tried to book it. It sent me an email that with that price ticket is not available. I asked to cancel the payment. Now I see a debit of 1500USD in my account !!! Please dont try to book in this website. They are stealing money.
