They are a scam.my flight was scheduled for December 19 no ticket until December 18 was told my flight will be December 18 at 8:45pm when I arrive at the airport i check in then when it was boarding time I was flagged stated it a scam I don't have a ticket. It was the most embarrassing thing I ever encountered in my life everyone was staring at me because the agent was loud telling me the issues. I call the travel agent oh am sorry I can get you another ticket. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WEBSITE THEY ARE A SCAM , PLUS YOU DO NOT GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER UNTIL 4 HOURS BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT.ALL THEY CAN SAY AM SORRY .DO NOT TRUST THEM THEM THEY CHARGE YOU AMD ONLY WANT TO REFUND PART OF YOUR MONEY .I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS Better Bureau.They don't need to be in business all fraudulent activities.
This is a big scam. They issued fraud tickets twice on the same trip. I wasn’t allowed to board the flight. Twice. They use your credit cards and buy tickets for the whole world. Just do a search on low fare buddy to see what a scam they are running…Oh and beware of Anna. I’m sure you all know her by now
The worst travel agency, they do not comply with what they offer, if you want to have a bad time and waste your time because you never buy, they will guarantee your ticket, it is the most negative experience you can have if you buy tickets with this agency, avoid having it anymore, do not trust them
I booked yesterday a flight to Mexico, when I called they told me I had to pay an extra $150 to confirm return flight. No e mail stating this . I call back today to cancel , they told me someone would call me back in half an hour but no one did . I call again , eventually get through & when I speak to them & tell them I wish to cancel they hang up on me . Dreadful service & STILL awaiting an e mail confirming my cancellation Update as of 29th October, they sent me an e mail saying they'd cancelled my booking but then yesterday took over $500 out of my account. They are a total scam & when I called them they deny any of this , lied to my face . Warning - do not touch this so called company , total scam
In July 2024, I booked a round trip flight with LowFareBuddy (LFB) They typically provide low-cost boarding passes within 24-48 hours of the flight time.This was not my experience. On the day of my flight, I still had not received my boarding pass. I called them many times and they didn't answer, nor did they reply via email.On that day I had to book new tickets at market price which was much higher because the plane was due to depart in only a few hours.When I finally returned home from my trip, I was able to get in touch with the business owner who assured me I would be refunded. However, a refund wouldn't make things right. I had already spent hundreds extra to rebook because the company did not follow up on their promise and did not provide boarding passes.I had to call the business owner many more times with threat of a law suit before they finally agreed to give me a voucher for the additional amount I had to pay out of pocket on that day.As of writing this review, it is now October 2024. I have gotten in touch with LFB to use the voucher they promised. They didn't let me use this voucher for anyone other than myself. I reluctantly agreed to pay because the flight price was still quite good.A few days later, I realized the return flight needed to be rescheduled so I agreed to give up my voucher to have this done.In summary, it is not worth saving a $10-20 dollars to spend hours getting them to take responsibility for their mistake. In the end, I believe I gave them a great deal to simply change my return flight in exchange for the $309 voucher they owed me.To LowFareBuddy - I hope you will take better care of your customers in the future. You should have given me the $309 and cleared your mistake 3 months ago.
