I have used LTS many times in my moves and trips. I have never had an issue with labels or delivery. They provide clear directions to follow. As a sender, you just have to make sure you weigh and measure your boxes/luggage correctly. I have compared prices with other competitors and LTS is always cheaper.The only thing, if it matters to a sender, is that my deliveries have always arrived earlier than expected. Which means, if you are not planning to be at your destination early, plan for someone to receive it. Otherwise, they could be sitting outside your location.For my last order, I want to thank Max for helping me complete my order and addressing my questions. I also find the chat feature helpful with quick responses.
I will definitely use this company again! Rates are fantastic, customer service was prompt and all my questions were answered. Their experience helped me navigate through sending home my luggage internationally, and their follow through lasted until all clearance was made and my luggage arrived home. When reading negative comments about conditions upon delivery, please remember that FedEx and dhl are the actual shipping companies used …, with great reputations and have earned respect and trust… one of the reasons I was comfortable working with luggagetoship.
I booked a door pickup from my residence in the USA and door delivery to my residence in Hyderabad, India with LTS, shipped through FedEx. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst shipping experience I have ever had.Once my shipment reached Bengaluru, a FedEx associate called me and said that it had been booked under cargo. I was told that for it to be delivered to my home, I would need to pay an exorbitant amount. To make matters worse, they bluntly stated that door delivery is not even provided in India, the receiver must come in person, collect the shipment, and even clear it with customs, despite the fact that the shipment only contained used clothes.This information was never disclosed at the time of booking. As a result, I wasted an entire day trying to deal with this, with no proper assistance from either LTS or FedEx. The entire process was frustrating, disorganized, and mentally exhausting.If you are planning to ship luggage to India, my strongest recommendation is: don't. Carry it as extra baggage on your flight. At least you’ll avoid the stress, wasted time, hidden costs, and complete lack of accountability.Mental peace is worth more than money and this experience with LTS and FedEx was nothing but a nightmare.

The staff is always there to help if you call by phone. I spoke to Adam regarding my shipment, and he was very helpful. He quickly found my package and confirmed that the labels are in place and my package is ready. I do recommend!
