I was unfamiliar with the process of shipping luggage, especially since our luggage was in another country. Everyone at Luggage to ship was very helpful and patient in answering our questions. Once FedEx got their act together, the process went smoothly.
Harry was excellent, courteous and went above and beyond to pick up my box for transport. The package arrived quickly as promised in excellent condition. I highly recommend ‘luggagetoship’. I got connected to Adham, i had a couple questions regarding the weight and luggage, Adham answered all my questions and remained very professional, very helpful and due to this interaction i will always use luggage to ship for any shipments!
First, I’d like to say that our package has arrived on time and they want to credit the customer service department, Adam, who was outstanding. He probably answered 50 of our questions called us at least five times to make sure we’re all set handled all kinds of details and as a result, everything landed at the hotel for our arrival it is so refreshing to have real life customer service these days and it makes all the difference. Adam had a real grasp of the process and helped us a ton as this was our first big trip.
Our suitcase got damaged and they only gave us $50 for two damaged suitcases. One is a write off as the entire thing broke, and the other got totally scratched.
The business said “it is out of our hands” and only gave us $50. If we had dealt directly with fedex we would have gotten new bags.
For the return we are using another company after discussing their damage policy.
This company also made us upload photos of the bags and the labels when we shipped - and specifically told us it was for damage claim.
Poor all around - would never use again.
