I had to get shipping labels expedited and then change the order for the size of the box. Selim was very patient. Excellent service. Will definitely use this service again. In a time of pressure, it was great to deal with someone so nice.
The 'chat agent' (Hagar) was very helpful. She answered my questions very quickly and clearly. It was great to understand the process. If my bag arrives as planned, I will be totally thrilled with this service! I can't finish the order right now because I need to get a local phone number for the order.
Due to a slight miscommunication my order was nearly not processed in time. However when I contacted customer support I spoke to Sisi who was incredibly helpful and got the issue sorted right away. I was apprehensive at first but Sisi assuaged my concerns and the process went smoothly
