Cheap sweat shop clothes from bags being sold at expensive prices, one example their quilted jacket in blue jungle print. They have for 50% being sold at £120 but on Dottie Lottie FB Boutique it's exactly the same and £40. All these 'Made in Italy' boutiques that have popped up after the mess of 2020 are all flogging the same cheap nasty hormone disrupting material stuff, which lasts no longer than a couple of washes, but most aren't selling them at high end prices.
I purchased 2 coats from this company!Prior to the purchases I emailed them to explain that I wasn’t sure how of the sizes so I would like to order them in 2 sizes and would they said they would be happy for me to return one and get a full refund.Well, guess what I returned one of them and constantly on email with them regarding the return and I was tracking the package. Well they got the package but now I am unable to get any communication from them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
SCAMMERS DIRTY SCAMMERS NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS THEY SHOW GREAT PRODUCTS BUT YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU SEE IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND BACK AFTER SENDING THE SHITTY JACKET I BOUGHT BACK WHICH HAS BEEN IN CHINESE CUSTOMS FOR TWO MONTHS AS THEY WONT COLLECT IT. THEY SAY THEY WILL GIVE A REFUND BUT THEY DONT.
Totally disgusted with this shop.Bought 2 coats Supposed to be based in Netherlands Coats came and the quality was poor and nothing like the picture online.Contacted them to be told that I could have a small refund and to keep the coats or 100% store credit and still keep coats as it was expensive to send back. Asked where they were based, she stated China. I have since returned the 2 coats costing me alot of money but it is principle.I am yet to receive my refund and had no response
My coat hasnt arrived and nobody has replied to my email. It’s been over 3weeks now, has anyone had any success of receiving a refund. Worried I’ve been scammed now after reading the reviews. Surely there’s someone who can stop this website ripping people off
An absolute scam! Product did not deliver on time. When it did deliver. It did not match the quality of pictures at all. The product was priced at £69.95 but looks and feels like it should be worth £5. Very disappointed with item and seller and this website should be taken down for its gross negligence and misleading products!
I don’t even want to give 1 star. I have £133 worth of utter rubbish delivered. Terrible quality. Have asked for info to refund. Originally it said the company is lune london but to send items back it’s to china and at my expense which will be over £35. They offered me 30% refund if I want to keep the items. It’s all packaged ready to send back but I’m worried they will say it’s lost and not refund me at all. Shocking qualify and total rip off. Shocked this is allowed. Will keep you updated whether I get the refund if I send back.
Late delivery and goods not as described or shown on the website, material not of the type in the description, shoddy poor quality clothes sold through a slick website and not cheap. Have asked for a full refund, they have offered only 10%, They also suggest I send it back but no postal voucher for said. Scam avoid at all costs, just don't get taken in by the nice pictures folks.
I ordered two pairs of platform trainers in size 7.5 (EU 40/41) on 4 November, and paid £69.90 for both. (Deichmann had the same style for £15 each but had run out of the colour and size I wanted.) On 5 November I was notified that the order had been dispatched. I expected to receive it within a week at most. It finally got to me on 22 November, well past the maximum 10 business days advertised and past the date I needed it for! The trainers themselves were a joke. Size 38 (but I'm sure even smaller than that, they look like doll shoes, light and insubstantial as feathers, I couldn't believe this was what they were actually advertising), terrible quality with thin canvas, jagged edges and shiny synthetic lining, plastic soles and an overpowering headache-inducing synthetic smell. I immediately wrote to the email address provided in the website to complain and ask for a full refund and details of how to return the goods. The poor quality and delayed delivery did not inspire me with any confidence that an exchange would be satisfactory.I have gone back and forth with Lily-Sophie this morning. First I was told to pay £19.90 to cover the shipping for an exchange. Then offered a 10% refund or 50% store credit. Then a 'final offer' of 20% refund or 75% store credit. So far, no information as to how I can return the goods. None of these options are acceptable to me as there is no way I want to be out of pocket for items I can't use, and I am definitely never going to shop with them again so the store credit is useless to me.I will update further developments but just wanted to alert potential customers to the pitfalls of dealing with this seller. I wish I had thought to look at the reviews before making the order! I am experiencing everything the one-star reviews are describing.
Lune london is NOT based in london. They use AI images to deceive customers about their products. Their product descriptions are deceptively vague. The products are then shipped from China. I bought what looked like a beautiful red coat for £75 thinking it was coming from london where I live and would return it if it didn’t fit. It never arrived. The company won’t refund me. The company customer service is awful they don’t give a sht and are deliberate scamming people. Avoid at all costs! In taking it up with my bank and trading standards
