Wow where do i start... my 85 year mother wanted a coat so ordered 2, what looked lovely online, when they arrived way past there delivery time so they breached their contract. We ordered the coats 17th October and they arrived 7th November. Both coats where meant to be a large however, one didn't even meet to button it up. The puffer coat was totally not the one ordered the one I ordered from the picture had side pockets not front flat pockets so Trade description act (broken). All Lily-Sophie from Lune-london has offered is a discount or to return to China at my cost, yet the items are faulty. I'm coming on here to see if I get any help from others with regards to this matter. As I feel like we're getting scammed so Lily Sophie can look into my order... order number #1364
I bought a coat for my daughter but it was too small, attempted to return this immediately. Fiasco. Awful email stating they would give me a 20% refund and I could keep the item. Why would I want to keep an item that is too small and in fairness shocking quality for the price! The alternative was a75% store credit for the return. This is terrible customer service, no option to return an item even if it is poor quality and doesn’t fit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered a black puffa with fur on hood. Cost £134.95. When it arrived I had to attach the fur to the hood myself. It looked nothing like the pictures advertised. The quality was extremely poor and very heavy. The pockets had zips that are so heavy and sharp if you put your hand in there you will get a scrape or cut. When trying on the coat which was long the cut was really off could barely get the two ends to connect to get the zipper up. I asked for a refund immediately and was advised they will give me 20% and I can keep the coat or they will give me a voucher for 75% off my next purchase (that’s never going to happen). NO 30 DAY REFUND it doesn’t exist. I accepted the 20% don’t want a big legal fight over this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a coat for over £60 on the 12th of November. Looked beautiful on the website and was clearly advertised as a chocolate brown colour. When I received the item, I was shocked, there were no lables on the coat, it was a horrible grey colour and the quality was so poor, it probably would be worth about £5 at most. When I emailed the company, many attempts were made for me to not return my order and was offered a 30 percent refund and to keep the item. The shipping was costing me £28, hence I begrudgingly accepted the 30 percent refund. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for my refund even after numerous attempts of emailing them. So now I am stuck with a coat which I will never wear and no refund back. Please do not make the same mistake as me and read reviews before you order from an unknown website. This website is not a boutique store as it is advertised but probably a warehouse in China who are willing to scam you with the fake pictures and advertising. Stay aware!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.My wife needed a coat for a family wedding and having looked at the Lune London website she ordered from them.The coat took over a month to arrive in spite of the company's website stating they had "UK Shipping" and giving every impression that they are a UK company.The coat was so late in coming that she had to buy something elsewhere for the wedding so does not need the coat from Lune.The problem now arises in that firstly they will not do a refund on the item even though it was their fault for the very late arrival.In place of a refund and return they have repeatedly offered her a discount on the item but she simply does not want it.The quality is very poor and in spite of the web site stating that the coat is "woollen" it is obviously synthetic.Also the size is nowhere near to what she wanted in spite of her contacting Lune beforehand and being told that the sizes are "true".She contacted Lune for a return process and has now received a return address in China which will obviously be very expensive for her to ship the item.Our advice is do not deal with this company as they are disingenuous at best and possibly even criminal in their obvious attempts to present themselves as a UK based company.
I'm only giving one star because I can't give less, this company is a scam, the products come from China, they state that they give a refund but I am being fobbed off with offers of money off my next purchase, I will NEVER buy from them again.
If I could give no star I would. Please don’t get scammed like I did. This company this is China drop shipping , sizes are tiny, with no sizing information on the site. To return to China at my cost would be half of the value of the coat. Ended up getting a £23 refund.
The site offers your money back if you return the coat. You have to pay for the shipping but the site omits to mention that you have to ship back to China. Thus I paid £70 for a coat that I returned plus £12.90 to return the cost and the parcel is stuck in custom since Nov 10. So I wasted £82.90 for nothing. I won't buy ever again from them. The coat was of poor quality.
