It's a horrible company, the quality of the outfit is terrible, when you ask for a refund, they try everything not to refund you. I have started a legal procedure against them as they don't comply with customer right act at all.
I bought 2 tracksuits from this company thinking they were based in London they cost me £155,when they turned up the were inferior material and very cheap looking nothing like picture. I sent an email stating this and when I got reply I was told I wad need to send back at own expense abroad and charges we’d be extortionate. They also said I cd incur further shipping charges and if package wasn’t properly tracked my own fault. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
When is this Chinese company going to be stopped from advertising under different names ,can tell who they are now by the lovely designs, willbe putting a list up to the relevant authorities to be investigated as google seem to just want to keep advertising their none products , google as also other company's should adhere to advertising standards , the regulation will happen just takes time.
If there was an option of 0 stars I’d give it. This company will not let me return an item & have a refund. My email flags up as ‘contains a virus’. when I reply to them asking for this. There is no way of getting my money back.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you don’t mind losing your money.
Don't do it!!!!! This Chinese company keeps changing its name and moving around Europe as the quality of their products becomes known. I bought a polo shirt from Lune London as a 'Large' and, although labelled 'L', it was more like a 'XXXXL'. What is more, it was exactly the same product (different colour) and exactly the same size as the one I purchased from Chic und Stil, both of which were the worst quality garments I have ever seen. I now do not trust any new companies starting up around Europe because I am sure they will be the same Chinese outfit just moving around as they get bubbled.
Avoid Lune London – Extremely Poor Experience / ScamI strongly advise people to avoid Lune London. My experience with this company has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.I ordered a shirt that was advertised as silk, but the item that arrived was clearly not silk and was made from a very cheap, low-quality material. It also had no material label inside the garment at all, which immediately raised concerns about what it was actually made from. On top of that, the sizing was completely wrong — despite ordering an XL, the shirt was far smaller than a genuine XL when compared side-by-side with another shirt. When I contacted customer support, the problems only got worse.Instead of resolving the issue properly, they repeatedly tried to avoid giving a full refund, even after I explained multiple times that the item was not as described. Over the course of many emails they offered: • 30% refund + discount code • 50% refund + discount code • 75% refund + discount code • A replacement item I never asked for • Various attempts to make me pay to return the item internationallyThey also initially told me I would have to return the item to Canada at my own expense, which is unreasonable when the product was misrepresented. After a long back-and-forth they later provided another return address in Germany, but still refused to cover return postage.Eventually, after I sent photographic proof, they admitted themselves that the item sent was a different product. Even after acknowledging this, they still refused to provide a full refund and continued pushing partial refunds, discount codes, or sending another item.At this point the situation feels like a deliberate attempt to wear customers down until they give up or accept losing part of their money.Key issues with this company: • Product not as described (advertised as silk but clearly not) • No material label in the garment • Incorrect sizing • Attempts to force customers into partial refunds instead of proper resolution • Trying to make customers pay international return shipping • Admitting the wrong item was sent but still refusing a full refund • Extremely slow, repetitive customer service responsesThis situation is still ongoing, and despite their own admission that the item was incorrect, they continue to refuse a proper refund.I will be pursuing this through my payment provider and consumer protection channels. If you’re considering ordering from this company, be very careful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Lune London.UPDATE – Situation Still Not ResolvedUpdating my previous review because the situation with Lune London has somehow become even worse. After weeks of emails back and forth, the company finally admitted that the item sent to me was a completely different product from what was advertised. The shirt I ordered was advertised as silk, but the item received was clearly not silk and made from very cheap material, with no material label inside the garment at all.Despite acknowledging that they sent the wrong item, they still refuse to issue a full refund.Instead, they have repeatedly tried to push: • Partial refunds (30%, 50%, 75%) • Discount codes • Replacement items I never asked for • Attempts to make me pay to return the item internationallyEven after providing photos and them confirming the item was incorrect, they continue to stall by saying they are “waiting for internal updates”.At this point it feels like a deliberate attempt to drag the process out and avoid issuing refunds.I have now informed them that I will be initiating a chargeback with my payment provider, and I will also be posting my experience across additional review platforms.I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from this company read the other reviews first, as there appear to be many customers experiencing very similar problems.I will update again if this is ever actually resolved.
