This company are absolutely awful, they mislead and outright lie and are borderline unlawful. Do not go near them. I placed an order, then read the reviews and cancelled my order about 20 mins after I placed it. Lune tried to tell me I hadn't cancelled in time (24 hour cancellation period stated on their website). This was clearly not true but it seems they decided to both persist in lying and ignore their own policy (this becomes a theme btw) and send the goods anyway, advising that I should contact them on receipt to arrange a return. The goods turned up about a week later. I duly contacted them to arrange a return. They offered me a 20% refund and I could keep the item or I could have 75% store credit. Under UK consumer law they are obliged to offer a full refund (also states 30 day money back guarantee on their website which is another lie). I refused both options and asked for a full refund. I was then sent a returns form with a return address in China. So for an order I cancelled within 20 mins of placing, apparently the only way I get the full refund I am legally entitled to is to spend almost the total value of the order returning it to China. No wonder they think they can get away with offering a 20% refund! This is a total scam, Lune London is a Netherlands based front for a Chinese supplier, your contract is with China but you can't deal with China direct so you have little choice but to accept their derisory and unlawful offer of a 20% refund to avoid being even more out of pocket. If I could give no stars I would. Stay away from them.
SCAM!!!!! I feel so pained that this company has to go ahead and keep defrauding people of their hard-earned money, SELLING FAKE fashion Ai photos and delivering the LOWEST OF THE LOWEST, bottom-barrel counterfeit material.... Placed an order for ladies trainers UK size 6. Although the Company title may refer to London it is clear the products are shipped from China. Two and a bit weeks later the order arrived in a size 4! I have tried to obtain a refund but they have offered only 20% or I pay a further £19 and they will send a replacement. I am not convinced this is even legal. In my opinion this company is fraudulent and should be avoided.
My experience with Lune London has been honestly awful. I placed two orders, and both showed up late and looked nothing like what they advertised — cheap, flimsy, totally different products. The whole thing felt scam-like from the moment I opened the packages.I only got a refund for one of the orders. For the other, they told me I had to send it back to China and pay the shipping myself, even though they sent the wrong item. Based on what I went through, I wouldn’t trust this company at all. I really suggest avoiding them!
This company is a total scam!! The coat is awful quality, cheap and horrendous looking. Totally unfit to wear and they mess you about re returning items even though their policy states full refund will be given. It will cost a fortune to return to China and all I'm being offered is a 30% refund. Do not use this company, its atrocious and so is the clothing they sell. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!
Avoid this retailer at all costs. Products look nothing like on the website. The items also took weeks to arrive and were damaged. Customer service is virtually non existent. Items are poorly made and look really cheap. Primark is like Versace compared to them.
