I bought this coat —nice-looking on their website —but in reality, a potato bag: no underlining fabric, wrong cut, very poor material, zero quality. You could not wear this for garden work. Sorry, but £69.95 is money. When I asked for return get offers, we give you 20% of return, then 33%. Is this a negotiation? On the website, they state that you will get a 100% return.After a few days of pointless conversation, I was informed to send the product Track and Trace to China. It is not cheap, but they deserve it. The website is designed to look like a stylish, well-made product from LONDON, but it is hmmmm. I wouldn't want this if it were given to me for free! Not recommending
awful scam company, the phone number goes to voicemail, no one answered the info@ contact email, the website states they offer full refunds, they don't, the only offer 10%, they don't provide a returns address, do not use them, this company needs to be cancelled from trading, I have reported them to action fraud
Received the wrong item I order the trench coat but unfortunately after waiting for the delivery around 20 days I literally received the wrong article in fact some brand fashion London coat instead of lune London coat . I was so shocked to see how come they dispatched the completely different brand and design of coat . I have contacted them via email and through the web-site let’s see what will be the reply .Very disappointing and I guess it’s not the real company they are only using the name because I think this company lune London originally based in Canada not in china and these products we are receiving in the uk they are coming directly from china so it’s means it’s a fake company.My recommendation would be that this company should be reported for fraud.
DO NOT BUY!! This company is a scam!! Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews. I purchased a coat from their website, no confirmation email or receipt, that’s when alarm bells rang. Received the coat 3 weeks later, nothing like what I ordered, sizing was wrong. Material was cheap. I asked for a refund, said no and would give me 20% of the price. I reminded them of their refund policy. Told me to send it track and trace all the way to china!! I was furious!! Ended up accepting 50% of refund and gave the coat to charity. I could have taken it further and got my full refund but didn’t bother with all the hassle. I will be reporting them to the uk trading standard as this is total fraud and shouldn’t be allowed to sell in the uk. As soon as I submitted this review, they had a few positive ones which I’m sure they are fake reviews. Please don’t be fooled.
Avoid this scam company at all costs. You may think you are ordering from a UK based company, when in fact they are based in China. I ordered a long winter coat at £69. It took a weeks to arrive and once it did , I didn’t even have to take it out of the packaging to know the quality was poor. I tried to return but they offered every discount under the sun so I would keep it. I wanted to return on principle. More fool me. It cost £12 to return to China ( a fact that was not mentioned on their website). Subsequently it arrived in China but remained in customs for months. Royal Mail are completely useless but that’s another story. I have now received the item back return post. It’s no use to me as the quality is absolutely shocking. I wouldn’t even pay £20 for it. Website is completely deceiving. Avoid
Update 31/10/25Full refund has been received.Scam company - avoid! Trading as Lune London / Mova London, Shipping from China. Product looks nothing like the website pictures. Different colour / style and very poor quality material (definitely not wool as described). No reply to emails 5 days after requesting free return and full refund. Will need to pursue through my bank. Update: have been offered a refund if I will remove or amend my review.
Awful experience – please avoid this company!I honestly believed this was a European-based business, as the website gives the impression the company is in the Netherlands or the UK. I even checked the reviews here, which seemed legit, and felt reassured enough to order. I bought a chocolate-coloured coat as part of a birthday gift for my wife – but the shock came when I saw the tracking details: the item was being shipped from China.Three weeks later, it finally arrived, and what a disappointment. The coat looked nothing like the photos online. It was supposed to be wool, but the material was cheap synthetic, poorly made, and cut so badly that it looked terrible. Honestly, it’s the sort of thing you wouldn’t even donate – it’s bin-worthy.I contacted the company and, to be fair, they replied quickly. But the “solutions” were laughable: either 10% off and keep the item, or 50% store credit. The quality is so bad that even if they gave me a full refund and let me keep it, I still wouldn’t want it in the house.To make things worse, the phone number on the website just goes straight to voicemail. I left a message but no response. I’m now waiting on proper return instructions for a full refund – and if they don’t provide them soon, I’ll be contacting my bank for a chargeback and flagging this company.Learn from my mistake: don’t be fooled by the nice photos and reviews – this company is not what it claims to be.
